The Magic of Hawai’i Guided Meditation
The Hawai’ian Islands and the ocean around them are truly magical and healing. I love the fragrant balmy air and the general feeling of relaxation, but it’s the water calls to me. There are physical reasons why swimming in the water is good for your body. The high salt content makes you very buoyant, so it is easy to float. My favorite thing is to swim out to just before the waves break and let the swell lift me up to the crest and then down into the trough. It is the best low-impact full body exercise combined with a massage and chiropractic-like adjustments AND it is really fun! (I do adore going “into the wave”.)
While walking on the beach during my recent trip I remembered a poem I wrote when I was about 8 or 9 years old.
A walk on the beach is a potion
For relieving a troubled mind
Crunching sand and the roar of the ocean
Are inviting to all of mankind
The first thing I do after arriving in Hawai’i is to get to the sand and then to put my feet in the ocean! The instant the water touches me I feel transformed; relaxed, safe and serene. I don’t know exactly what it is, but I know how it feels; joyous, peaceful, content, blissful and luscious. Yummy!
I would love to share this with you, so I created this guided meditation.
Some of the things I talk about in the meditation might seem “magical” or not “real”, however, science has finally caught up to what a lot of us have known for a long time.
Examples: The Particle-Wave Duality. In the meditation I talk about photons (particles of light) instead of electrons (like in the video below). I do this for two reasons; 1) I like photons because they are literally particles of light, how cool is that? 2) When you hear “electron” your mind will produce the solar system like image we were taught in school which is the particle point of view. I want the wave.
There is a cute video on YouTube that explains this phenomenon. Double Slit Experiment: Particle-Wave Duality. (Link will open in a new tab.)
Dr. Masaru Emoto has done many experiments to show that water can be “programmed” by our thoughts and emotions.
Also on YouTube, a short video about this: Water, Consciousness and Intent: Dr. Masaru Emoto. (Link will open in a new tab.)
Once you start looking, you will find that “reality” is as we have been led to believe.
During this meditation I will use the Imagi-Creation Charm Mesh. If you haven’t done this meditation before you might want to start with that first.
Have a glass of water with you.
Think of something that is a challenge in your life – physical, emotional, etc. and something that you desire to manifest in your life. I suggest that you write them down ahead of time.
(Don’t listen while driving or practicing your knife throwing tricks.)
